Fox2Now: Missouri lawmaker introduces bill to prohibit red flag gun laws

A Missouri lawmaker has introduced a bill that would prohibit any “red flag” gun laws from being enacted in the state.

Under a typical red flag law, if police or family members believe an individual is a threat to themselves or others, a judge may sign a temporary order. This order allows law enforcement to seize all firearms from that person.
